adsl vs sdsl tweaks - a difference?

Would the same rwin setting be best for both a 768/768 and a 1500/768 connection (assuming all else being equal)?

My personal opinion after keeping a record of what has worked for the majority of people with different caps..... 512 or less 17520, 768-1500 32120, 1500+ 64240, and adjust accordingly for DSL PPPoE.:) :D

Now what would you say in the case of 1500/128 - where the top and bottom fall out of range?
