Installed the "sguide_tweak_2k.zip" from this site but can not

Installed the "sguide_tweak_2k.zip" from this site but can not
go back to the default reg settings. When I download "sguide_default_2k.zip" I can no find the .inf file. If I right click I do not see and install option.

Please help!

I do not think my is that complicated. I simply wish to install my default reg. setting because my computer has started acting up since I installed the tweak. Outlook locks me up and everyother program and task seem to take much longer than before.
