I get about 96.8k/bps download speed
Is this slow if it is how can i improve it im using a Toshiba PCX2200 modem and running Win98SE

I heard about CableNut does it help is it clean no spyware/adware/viruses that junk? cause i wanna download it but im really paranoid about stuff
