cable nut settings for this 56k?

help me out on this 56k for cablenut...im on WIN2k and my i tested my 56k on some sites and its only 35-38 kilobits...can't i get any higher?

I dunno, my best is only 37 kbps while connected at 44 kbps, and that's with about every internet tweak I could find, that's life with 56k:(
