p610_tetP30_build_ext has 200 frames

Got the above protein and when it finished 100 frames it hung up. I restarted it hoping that it would finish up and transmitt. Instead it started on frame 101 and thats when I looked and found that it had 200 frames to complete, but from 100 til I restarted it was 7 hours and it continued to frame 101.

Have asked for explaination from Stanford.

Got 2 more of them going right now and both are operating correctorly for 200 frames. Must have just been a misload on the core, or wu on the first one that caused it to freeze after frame 100.

that's all I've been getting for the last couple days. EM III had a fit with it.. but the update took care of the prob.

for 7 units, these aren't very productive for me. It's taking my main machine 4-5 mins for each frame.
