Nice ! What you do, take off the front panel, and take out that little green lens for the light?That's how i do it. I power the rom up, open the tray and remove the tray cover, then remove the panel. Once it's off, take off that little plastic green/clear lens and prime it up. Then paint. Viola !

ya it is too easy, i actually just used a small bit of grease on the LED to keep the paint off it.
