RSEDN Client from RED SWOOSH, HELP

I think I got this thing from the Americas Army game, that I have since uninstalled. But the app remains and continues to try to send out packets. I have IE6 and XP with sp1 installed.
If I remove the client, wnidows update malfunctions. It seems that the client removes something from IE. So for now I just block the dumb thing. Anyone have this problem or come up with anything ?

Just a stab in the dark here but:

Go to START > FIND > Files or Folders.
Enter the following without the quotes:

scrsvr.exe

and search 'My Computer'.

Reason is that exact same type of activity caused huge problems here.

The file (if you have it) is called Worm.Opasoft.A
The packets are small and the speed with which they exit increases over time. Your AV or AntiTrojan program with the latest defs should catch it.

but, ran the check and also a full virus scan, nada.
I know this app is the culprit cause when I remove it, I get the problem. I can then restore, and update works fine, there are some updates that I have not installed and when the program is gone, I don't see these. Any thing else ?
