? about posting email addy in forums and spam

I know that if you post your email address in the form of email@email.com that bots or whatever it is called can get the address and send spam, but it you post your address in a link such as email (email@email.com) are you safe from spam?

Hi Greg,
Have a read of this page about spam. In particular, the section 2/3rds down the page called "How the hell did they find me?" (http://www.mindworkshop.com/alchemy/nospam.html) The specific answer is not there but it sure goes a long way torward helping you control spam that comes your way.

Seeing that the sample email addresses you posted show exactly the same in the Explorer bar when you run the curser over either address, the answer would have to be yes IMHO.
