Installing a window

First of all to start off. Trying to put these things in are a pain in the ass. Atleast the one I got is. Does anyone have any suggestions how to to make it easier to install a window. Everytime I get the stripping it it pops out. Also the jam strip so they call doesn't even work. My next thing I am going to do is bring it in to Comp usa and ask them to do it. I bought the window from Compusa. Cool window. Any suggestions or techniques will be appreciated.
