WindowsXP auto update

I m trying to do the auto update thingy which it scans your comp and recommand you upgrades.....but here's what i got...

It stays at 0% forever and doesn't move forward, anyone know why is that? :rolleyes:

I'm assuming this is a legit, registered copy of XP right? If not... :D gotcha! Anyway, if it is legit, try deleting all your cookies and try it again.
