Is there a way to have it open up to a specific user?

For example. I'm going to have three accounts for three people in my family. It's not so much about privacy, but ease of use. If my mother-in-law could just click on something and open her mailbox... that'd be great.

Yes, "Identities"

Use the latest Outlook Express, for obvious security reasons and anti-virus/trojan protection...so download the latest IE 6 sr1.

In Outlook Express, you can set identities. File==>Identities....create a new one. Each one has it's own folder.
