Need some advice about the above program. I purchased it about 18 months ago when I was planning on using it to run my server for my lan and am now interested in selling it. But understand that Microsoft controls what must be with the program before it can be resold.

I have:
1 CD Rom with a CD Key (NOT OEM)
3 3 1/2 floppies (original)
EULA printed out from floppy.
Microsoft License Agreement for 10 clients.

I don't have any manuals.

Does this meet with Microsoft's approval, or must I purchase manuals from someplace?

Tks
Rick

Agree that Microsoft doesn't want their OS's resold as that would just mean they get to sell less of them.

Seen on eBay where people have gotten around it by selling a hard drive which includes a OS. They are selling the hd and the OS is just an extra they throw in. It's been going on for quite some time now so guess its legal.
