Must be your end, try a traceroute to the server.

Well Phil I pinged your site 5 times 3 of them time failed to load.
The other two were 25% loss and 50% loss.
I usually round trip hit between 246ms 258ms.
LOL My last one was at 1339ms
One more time man now i'm at zero percent loss and sitting at 241ms average.Go figger Now I'm back up again Jeezzzzzz

Looks like the server between Toronto and Chicago there is a delay there. Guess I'll have to wait.
