This is what the analyze looked like after rwin changed to 64240..
There was a big change from the first analyzer...

skip_knob download Cablenut from my signature and try the following settings:

TcpTimedWaitDelay = 30
TcpUseRFC1122UrgentPointer = 0
TcpWindowSize = 64240
MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server = 20
MaxConnectionsPerServer = 10
DefaultTTL = 64
DisableUserTOSSetting = 0
TcpMaxDataRetransmissions = 6
DefaultTOSValue = 92

Also do the following:

1. Under your LAN connection - properties - general tab, uninstall all the protocols there except TCP/IP Internet Protocol.

2. Open IE and select tools - internet options - connections - LAN settings, make sure NOTHING there is checked.

3. Make sure you have the latest drivers for your NIC from the manufacturer. Set your NIC duplex mode to 10mb half duplex for Cable, for DSL it is ISP dependent unless you are using a router, if so then set it to 100mb full duplex for both Cable & DSL (the instructions are in my Help & Tips link (http://forums.speedguide.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=85224)).

4. Clear your temporary internet files.

5. Power cycle your modem, unplug it for atleast 15 seconds.

6. Download and update then do a scan with Ad Aware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com).

ok Dr. TWEAK!

i used the cablenut editor and input the settings from above, removed all but tcp/ip from network settings, set my nic card to 10 base t half duplex, reset modem and restarted my computer....

After restart was finished i tried to connect to internet and nothing the pages wouldn't load nothing happened. So one by one i reversed everything that i changed starting with nic card setting. Restarted and same thing happpened no pages would load. Put Client for Microsoft back in and restarted nothing happened restarted and same results. Change cable tweaks back to the original state and wow im zooming on the internet again.

Man i wish i understood the cable tweaks alittle better.

Got any other suggestions?

The Cablenut settings have nothing to do with you not being able to connect, your ISP might require you to have TCP/IP Internet Protocol and Client for Microsoft Networks for your connection.:)

I'll try the settings again and see what happens... Thanks for the ad-ware advice. The program works great...

Its the cablenut settings. I loaded the setting that were stated above and rebooted. Tried to connect to the internet and IE will say web site found, just wont load the page.

I reset cable nut to my original settings and im surfing..

That is the oddest thing I have ever seen:rolleyes:, there is nothing in the settings that should keep your connection from accessing the internet, try and reinstall Cablenut and try again, I have never seen it do this.:(

One more question though before i entered these settings in cable nut i was getting a ttl or timne to live of like 38 hops now im at 52. How does this effect my connection.

Don't worry about your TTL......

DefaultTTL - Specifies the default Time To Live (TTL) value set in the header of outgoing IP packets. The TTL
determines the maximum amount of time an IP packet may live in the network without reaching its destination.:) :D
