Hi. I just moved into a new apartment and ordered cox cable at the advertised speed of 3000dl/256 ul. Im using windows 98 se .
This is the tcp/ip analyzer results.
Browser/OS = Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows 98) Opera 6.05 [en]

MTU is fully optimized for broadband.

Note: Under Windows 9x, if you have RWIN set to any other value, and the Analyzer reports 65535 you might need to install the MS Vtcp386 fix.
For optimum performance, consider changing RWIN to a multiple of MSS.

It reports my rwin at the 65535 no matter what i change it to. I also already installed the patch vtcp386. After testing my speed it varies greatly from time to time but usually its around 900kbps dl. Any help you can give me I will appreciate.
