Im doing a little expirementing and i need some help, i know youll think im crazy but just go with me on this mad little adventure for a sec :D I want to reduce my download down to where it is equal to or less than my upload right now my speeds are in the 2700/312 range and id like to try to get it to 312/312 or 256/312. Here are my current settings what do i need to change to accomplish this. You can shoot me later for this hehe :D

Try removing the AFD parameters and lower your GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize & TcpWindowSize to 1460? I won't even ask why;), but see if that does it.:) ;)
