I bought this 2 weeks ago. Everything ran fine until I started to play online gaming. It is losing packets, laggy, got disconnected, etc.... But I solved this problem by puting my game machine in DMZ. But if I do this, my other PCs can't access the internet. I ping my router, and they can see it.
Anybody have any idea what's going on?
if you put one comp in DMZ it should not affect the other comps internet access...

This was what i expected, but the reality, at least in my case, everytime i put one pc in DMZ, all other PC's internet access don't work anymore.
if I don't have anything in DMZ, everything works fine, except for playing games.

Absolutely agree...not related.
Not sure how you're putting it in the DMZ.

Actually , I can agree with him. I have a client that had the same prob. Everytime we'd give his PC DMZ access, all the other PC's would lose all internet access. I have yet to resolove this ;(
IF anyone can clue us in..I'd appreciate it

I found out what's the problem. The problem was I set my other PCs using static IPs. Once I changed them using DHCP, viola everything works again :)
I guess I can add the static IPs that i'm using to the routing table will solve my problem too, but I haven't tried it yet.

When you had them set as static IP's did you also have the DNS Servers and Default Gateway listed in the TCP/IP properties of the NIC?
Yah, static IP's, set correctly, wether DMZ or not, have no affect on others internet access.
