This game is awesome. Though it is based on the Quake engine it is a fantastic game. I can't wait for E.T New version to be released.:D .

it's goood.. not great.. I stopped maybe 1/3 of the way into the single player... got tired and bored of it..

however max payne is a good game.. also nolf and elite force... this game didn't click for me..

graphics are fun..and gameplay is fast...which is intense...but..BF1942 is where its at now

Single player did get old for me after the leval with the tank escort leval. They do have some good single Mods and map packs to increase the intrest

I agree it was great. Perhaps the second best single player FPS game I've played...after Half Life.

I do have to say....the first couple of levels got a bit boring...the underground crypt levels....but once you're above ground...starting with the "Forest" level....man....simply gets FANTASTIC!

And multiplayer.....REALLY fun!

Did you expect to much! Come on. If you are good then the single player will suck. Unless you suck as a cheater.

I'll have to get Half-Life, I've heard it's a clasic. RTCW is my first PC game now that I finaly got A system that did'nt come with 95 preinstalled. :D I got UT2K3 last night. :D I'll probably get Battlefeild next.

I don't really get why you guys primarily talk about the single player... MP is where the real fun lies. Even more so with RTCW, because you HAVE to show good teamwork otherwise you don't get anywhere. It's simply not enough to be an accurate shooter if you don't work towards the objectives.

The adrenaline rush when you run into the radio room carrying the documents is incredible, each time. I've been playing it online since the demo came out, quite frequently, and it's still great fun.

(Of course, you'll have to get a valid CD-Key.... Ebay can get you cheap legal copies of games that are more than worth the money)

Multi-player IS where its' at. I'll play single till I get my skills up, than its' Multi all the way. I still like Marketgarden on RTCW myself.:D

you know what i also liked is, the original duke nukem 3d lol..that game so hard core..i was addicted to it lol :p
