how to disable firewall

i have the D-link 701 and the program version id 3.20
i tried the steps that was on the site but it didnt work
i'm i doing something wrong or is there aother way to disable the firewall

have you tried putting yourself on DMZ mode, which will put you outside the firewall. that would do the trick.
