WU error

Went into my computers and looked at the wahlog file and went back through them as far as they went back. Found that most if not all of my missing WU's had the following error in the processing of a frame:

AddtoARC: Couldn't open ARC file for Appending.

The WU continues to process to the end, but when it tries to verify the ARC file it gives an error and deletes the WU and requests a new one.

Couldn't find any certain frame that it would happen on so must be a random event, but would be nice if when it got the error that it would terminate right then and request a new work unit, or start completely over with the same WU.

Send the log to Stanford and let them know there is a problem. They are scientists, not mindreaders ;)

Cool. I expect you will get satisfaction from them pretty quickly. The only time I had a problem, they responded fairly quickly and sorted it out.

Let us know what the solution is when you get it. You got me intrigued.
