UT used an average of 28.8 per client....consider your upload...tested upload, not what your ISP says you "can" get up to...divide by 28.8, round up to the nearest whole, and that's the amount you'll be able to host before the next person who logs on introduces lag for everyone else. Not considering the performance of your "server", or how robust your router is.

WEll I can put about 10 people in my server then and its not detecated the server is on the same machine as the one i play on i know it would be better if i had two systems but i dont so until i find a new member for my clan that has two systems and can serve for me this will have to do.

Yeah try to find a dedicated server...run the server console from a batch file. Playing on the machine that you're serving on, enjoying a ZERO ping, plus running the graphics for you does nothing but take performance away from your clients...kinda frowned upon.
