After e-mailing my ISP about my connection problems about 5 times, My cable seems to be fixed. Pings back to normal, speed just as good or slightly better!

I used to get close to those speeds but since i upgraded to windows 2000 my internet is ****... I tried tweaking but no help.

I get about 90kb/sec upload. :\ Not that great, but it works. As for the speeds, I think http://www.bandwidthplace.com/speedtest/ was more accurate.
