Hi guys. Just wanted to share a little mod that i did when I was running my 1Ghz Athlon at 1.3 G. This is really simple and maybe you guys have already done this i dont know. I bought a 7000 rpm case fan cut a hole in the side of my case right directly above my CPU (above only if computer is lying on its side) then I took two pieces of regular printing paper and made a tunnel (big enough to fit around base of fan). I Scotch taped the paper to the inside of my side panel after mounting my fan and grill. When i was putting my side panel back on i just made sure that the homemade wind tunnel fit just over my cpu fan. This worked great to reduce my CPU temp. You have to make sure the tunnel or (paper roll) doesnt cover your cpu heat sink the hot air still has to have somewhere to go. If you fail to notice this you could be replacing a CPU......
