Whats def1/pdbdef1.xyx

Just got assigned 2 of the above. They seem to be designing Protein sequences. Instead of frames they say designing Protein sequence 1 of 30, then 2 of 30 etc.

Any idea as to what I'm doing anyone?

That is a genome@home workunit, for whatever reason your client has switched over from running folding@home to genome@home

Guess I'll find out how long it takes when it's done as it keeps repeating (1) each time it finishes a sequence.

I have done some genome@home units on one of my machines. I did get points for F@H for them and I busted them out rather quickly. Although the points were only about 0.6 per unit (30 frames) you will see that I have a posting about it. I think it ended up being p799 that it was called.
