BIG HOOT HOOY!!!!! BIG HOOT HOOT!!!!!
We should be taking MacOS out of 20th place by next Saturday at our current pace... We should take 17th place from Germany around November 6... ;)
http://www.statsman.org/folding2stats/html/15.html
Teams 36 and 41 are out producing us... They are coming up fast on us, but we have too much of a lead and getting stronger everyday... ;)
If we get another member or 2, we should be into the 5k per week production! :)
Way to go Team! :)
Unless we literally double our output, we can not get past 14th place, and to do that and hold it, we need to step it up ~400 more per week...

is that 400 more persons or WUs? I plan to at least double my production soon (not that it really matters) I am building a new 1800+ system to throw in my mix and I set up a couple of puters at work last week to do a little work for me. As well I have 3 machines here that are just waiting on me to finish putting them together. Within 2 months I should be able to triple my current output. :D
Still though is that 400 team members or WU's per week?

Well currently I am putting out about an average of 15 Wu's per week. 5 big pointers and then 10 that are a smaller point value. If I tripple the total output then that is 45 WU's a week. Of those 45/wk it would be about 12 that are the big points and then the remaining 23 would be small points. But if it is the number or WU's that matter, heh well I got a million places to get small CPUs and PSU's and cases are nothin. Throw on an OS and let em work. Reboot once in a while and heck it is easy points. Don't even gotta look at the machine, just let it work! maybe I could put a couple extras up just for the glory :p

yeah someone else has my name on there too. But I am still producing like a mutha. I joined on the 7th at like 01:00 (morning) and as of right now I have 37.86 points from 12 WU's. This past Thursday I put 3 machines at work to work on folding (2 were left running over the weekend). They have put out 7 WU's for me so far they should put out another 5 (at least)by this time tomorrow. Plus the one I got here will finish p182. That will give me (at least) an additional 15 points by this time tomorrow.

Also I just joined and started on the 7th and I've put out 21 WU's that are countable for 87.09 points. So just between Lance and I thats an increase of well over 100 points per week which sounds like thats 25 percent of what we need.:D :D
Only 1482.3 points to catch TeamMac and decreasing.

Just more boxes working thats all. Got my wifes computer that does the p18x in about 13 hours, my laptop that takes 2 1/2 days, an old 1GHz thats on its last cpu cycle that takes 3 days, and the other 3 that I use for various projects but sit idle most of the night and mornings. I've got a new motherboard and cpu coming for the 1GHz which will speed me up some more. ECS K7S5A with AMD XP 2000+ which should be up by Wed or Thu.
Would really like to put it in my HP box, but don't think connections would match up.

Rickoic,
Any chance that those two P4's you have are 1.6a or 1.8a? If so, why not try a little overclocking? :)

Haven't gotten into overclocking so don't know much about it.
1.5GHz MB ECS M920
1.8GHz MB Soyo SY-P4ISR.
Any tips?

Head over to the hardware and overclocking forum. That is where I learned how to overclock. Now that I have learned a few of the tricks I am buying my new parts for the next machine with OCing in mine from the beginning.
