My results:
TCP options string = 020405ac0103030001010402

MTU = 1492
MTU is optimized for PPoE DSL broadband. If not, consider raising MTU to 1500 for optimal throughput.

MSS = 1452
Maximum useful data in each packet = 1452, which equals MSS.
MSS is optimized for PPPoE DSL broadband. If not, consider raising MTU to 1500 for maximum throughput.

Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 52272
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 0 bits
Unscaled Receive Window = 52272
RWIN is a multiple of MSS
Other values for RWIN that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
511104 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 8)
255552 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 4)
127776 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 2)
63888 (MSS x 44)

bandwidth * delay product:
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 2090.88 kbps (261.36 KBytes/s) @ 200ms
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 836.352 kbps (104.544 KBytes/s) @ 500ms

MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = ON

Time to live left = 55 hops
TTL value is ok.

Timestamps (RFC1323) = OFF

Selective Acknowledgements (RFC2018) = ON

IP type of service field (RFC1349)= 00000000

Using Earthlink DSL (1500/128)
Windows XP Home
Router Linksys bfsr41 firmware 1.42.3, Jan 28 2002
Irq12=7168 on Realtek Ethernet card
results from DSLREPORTS:

Questions:
Can I be more Tweaked?
Is t the RWIN set up correctly
MTU VAlue? 1492, 1480 or 1500?
Thank You for your Help.....

MTU should be 1480, and RWIN is wrong too, if you get MTU changed, this was posted last night, I don't know if different make of router matters:

OK, well he says PPPoE with a Netgear router. Set your MTu on your Ethernet cards to 1492, using what ever application you want.
Then do this to up the MTU in your router.
Please note: You are actually changing the MSS which will internet change the MTU, MTU = MSS + 40

Try this:
1) Go to Start Menu -> Run -> type "telnet 192.168.0.1" -> click OK
2) Enter your password... (the default is 1234).
3) In the menu type "24" click Enter then "8" and click Enter
4) In the command line interface type "ip adjmss xxxx"
where xxxx is the MSS value" -> Click Enter
5) Type "Exit" -> Click Enter
6) Log in to your router, disconnect your connection then have your router reconnect.

This setting should stay until you at least reboot your router

:)

No it shouldn't, it should only be 1480 if you are using XP's built in PPPoE software, if you are using your ISPs software then 1492 is correct.:)

I think what he meant was he had DSL not Cable and it's called Cablenut..... he thought it was for Cable only.... which we all know it's just a tweaking app for any type of connection.;) :)
