I've been wanting to do that with my Lian PC-60 case for a while now but can't seem to trust myself enough. :D

use these fan templates , makes it easy to mark your fan holes.

Was touchy but it came out ok...I got rid of the jaggies with the drum sander attachment...

Ya i used a hole saw.
drum sander works wonders on those edges
did u use just cutting wheels to cut? did any of them fly off at u..lol
i used to use a dremel but for about $40 i got a 120mm hole saw, 80 mm hole saw and a arbor that fits both.

Ya , I used the cutting wheels but I only had two so I had to be realllllll careful...I went through several removing the restrictions on the front intakes...The lil bastids sting when they get your cheek..
