Terayon TJ 210

I'm using Terayon tj 210 USB cable modem for my broadband access. However, whenever i connect to Winmx, it only gives me a secondary connection. It doesn't gives me a primary connection, as it claims that there are no TCP and UDP ports. Anyone knows how to solve this?

Does anyone knows the username and p/w for this modem?
