Formatted now FPS lower than ever

I formatted, installed the newest drivers for all my hardware, and now i get horrible FPS in counterstrike and other games.

Specs:
Pentium III 862mhz
nVidia gf2 mx400
384mb pc133
Cable modem

I had a nearly constant 99fps before formatting and now i barely have a constant 50fps. Whats wrong here?

i'm thining someone had set teh fps to 99 in counterstrike, whats ur 3d mark score now, adn what was it before?

i fixed all the fps settings in cs and still nothing better

my 3dmark score used to be high - cant remember exact number, but not its usually around 1900

Did you instal the Intel Accelerator utiliity?

Made a huge difference for me

thanks but it says incompatible hardware when i try to install - for intel series 800 only

i finally figured out what it was, had to update chipset, running at a nice 99fps now

I get 99 fps no matter what reosultion too, and have almost the same PC, except a better vid card

my brother has a p-3 1ghz with a gts-2 card and gets 99 fps
