I have a list of users (about 10,000) on a server and I would like to send them an e-mail message on their respective birthday's. How do I do this?

Which programming language can I use, to start with? The server uses SQL which i'm not familiar with, unfortunately. Can I do this using ASP? or Javascript? Is it feasible to place the names and birthdays into MsAcess and work from there?

Please help me! I don't know where or how to begin.

wow, looks like heavy work..

i think ASP should do fine..i think..a friend of mine says ASP works better with mailers than JavaScript..but i havn't verified it yet..
