just wondering, i have norton ghost and was thinking about trying drive image 2002 because i hear it can run from within windows.

Drive Image only works in Windows if you're imaging a drive that the OS isn't on. If imaging the OS drive, it'll boot into DOS to do it. I'm not sure on the RAID question, but I don't see why it couldn't.
