Playstion Online Question

Hey all,

Anyone get the ethernet/phoneline(RJ11/RJ45) adapter for your PS2 to go online and play some games? If so I was just curious about the ISP setup on the startup disc. I know PS2 should work with just about any ISP but I have a router and a 4 port hub and I DO NOT have the router set up for DHCP. I "hard code" my pcs IP addresses and was wondering if it is possible to do the same with the playstation 2. In other words can I set up a static private IP address for playstation 2 and connect it to a hub. I doubt I'll get any responces yet :)

All i know is Best Buy will get the network adapter on APPROXIMATELY 9/3/02. Also the multiplayer game Navy Seals should have been released on 8/28/02
