anyone who knows how to tweak upload speed

I have my cap at 2000/384 rr in cfl. I am always hitting or breaking my cap for instance just the other night i downloaded a 10mb file when the dl first started i was hitting like 600KB/s then it went down to about 267KB/s and just hovered there for the rest of the dl

Ok my question is my upload speed is usually hitting around 300-350 using www.bos.speakeasy.net I have cablenut just wondering what value affects the upload speed?

iv'e used some registry's in the past that worked well forgot where i got em =/

When my down speeds go up, my upload goes up too. Abit like a package.

Mine increased when I made my send window the same as my receive window in cablenut
