Ok I will be more precise,
This is my connection Speed------>
http://www.bjportfolio.com/images/dsl.jpg

And this is my download Speed->
http://www.bjportfolio.com/images/dsl2.jpg

64 Upstream and 64 Downstream and when I download programs I get 5.0 to 6.0 kbps.
And Ive downloaded Cablenut and TCP/IP Optimizer.

This is My TCP/IP Analyzer test------>
SpeedGuide.net TCP/IP Analyzer
TCP properties for IP = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx ()
Browser/OS = Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1)
Note: Read the FAQ if the above is not your IP address.

TCP options string = 020405ac01010402

MTU = 1492
MTU is optimized for PPoE DSL broadband. If not, consider raising MTU to 1500 for optimal throughput.

MSS = 1452
Maximum useful data in each packet = 1452, which equals MSS.
MSS is optimized for PPPoE DSL broadband. If not, consider raising MTU to 1500 for maximum throughput.

Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 8712
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 0 bits
Unscaled Receive Window = 8712
RWIN is a multiple of MSS
Other values for RWIN that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
511104 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 8)
255552 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 4)
127776 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 2)
63888 (MSS x 44)

bandwidth * delay product:
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 348.48 kbps (43.56 KBytes/s) @ 200ms
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 139.392 kbps (17.424 KBytes/s) @ 500ms
Consider increasing your RWIN value to optimize TCP/IP for broadband.

MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = ON

Time to live left = 49 hops
TTL value is ok.

Timestamps (RFC1323) = OFF

Selective Acknowledgements (RFC2018) = ON

IP type of service field (RFC1349)= 00000000

Plz can someone give me some cablenut or TCP\IP Optizer Settings to tweak my connection to optimal download speed from the old 6.0 Kbps download.

Thanx in advance

bjnoronha-
1) Others can probably help a lot more than I can, but you may want to start here. . .

http://forums.speedguide.net/showthread.php?s=&postid=643301#post643301

Offers explanation and should be able to help in general.

2) if you can swap out the USB modem for an Ethernet, that will help a little.

3) If your connection is 64kbps downstream, that is 64 kiloBITS/sec. That's 8 kiloBYTES/sec. Your theoretical max on a PPOE connection (esp. USB) might be around 85% of that or 6.8KBs. A good dial-up connection will often get you 6.6KBs, so you are just above that on your theoretical limit!

Mnosteele is the man to wait for. . .he might be able to suggest a few things, but based on what I see you probably won't get much more out of that connection. . .sorry :(

if you can hook it up through network card then usb rwin wise try 33580, 35040, 365005 try those if you have cablenut installed try thease
default recive window 8192
default send winow 8192
for global max and also tcpwiidow size use the rwins i gave above. give those a shot.
:D
