Alright here are my computer stats.

Win 200 Pro
450 Mhz
128 MB RAM

OK first you need to get your MTU right, it should be 1492. Please read the Help & Tips link in my signature and try the fixes for MTU I suggest there. What are your ISP's caps?:)

No matter how much i set my MTU it stays the same, i use the TCPOptimzer, it still doesn't work.
my caps are 150Kb's per sec down and 12Kb's per sec upload.
