Is there a value in the registry that allows you to change (lower or increase) your upload?

I have comcast.net internet and I wanna know whether enabling the "EnablePMTUDiscovery" value will generally give a comcast user better upload speed, as opposed to disabling the "EnablePMTUDiscovery" value but setting your active internet connection interface mtu value to 1500.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

do you have cablenut installed? the enable pmtu discovery should be set off or 0, the mtu discovery should on or 1. i might have a setting that might help also I need to know ur upload capp rate. thanx

Yea, I have cablenuts installed. My upload cap is 128 kilobits/sec.

Any other help?

The EnablePMTUDiscovery should be set to 1 (enabled) this has no effect on your upload though. Freddy please read the Help & Tips link in my signature and it will explain how to find the optimum settings for your connection.:)
