The web patch onyly changes a few settings in the registry, they can be changed with the TCPOptimizer or Cablenut.:)

but what does it change, is what i need to know, cause i have no idea. i have tried the optimizer, and i will try cablenut. i tried ispeed but i didnt know enough about what i was doing to use that program. i know a lot about computers, but not about the networking aspect of it.
