Here are the specs:

Intel Pentium-MXX 200Mhz
Socket 7 Motherboard w/ 2x SDRAM Banks
160MB PC100 SDRAM
WD AC34000 4GB ATA/33 5200RPM HDD
Toshiba XM-2160B 24x CD-ROM
Onboard 3D Rage II+ PCI Video
Onboard Creative AudioPCI ES1370
3Com 3C905C-TX
3Com 56K Winmodem PCI

It is running Win2k pro and the desktop loads following login, an error message pops up saying that my maximum registry size is too small

What does that mean?

You need to assign more room for your registry, look here (http://www.winguides.com/registry/display.php/685/) for more information. This is also a tweak in X-Setup if you have it.:)
