Ok here it is sorry took so long had to get hold of him.
1.*Done*
2.DSL-pppoe
3.www.sprint.com
4. TCP properties for IP = xx.xxx.xx.xx (user15.net208.nc.sprint-hsd.net)
Browser/OS = Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5; Windows 98; Win 9x 4.90)
Note: Read the FAQ if the above is not your IP address.
TCP options string = 0204058e0103030201010402
MTU = 1462
MTU is not fully optimized for broadband. Consider increasing your MTU to 1500 for better throughput.
MSS = 1422
Maximum useful data in each packet = 1422, which equals MSS.
MSS is not fully optimized for broadband (although it might work well for slower connections). Consider increasing your MTU value.
Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 256960
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 2 bits
Unscaled Receive Window = 64240
For optimum performance, consider changing RWIN to a multiple of MSS.
Other values for RWIN that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
523296 (MSS x 46 * scale factor of 8)
261648 (MSS x 46 * scale factor of 4)
130824 (MSS x 46 * scale factor of 2)
65412 (MSS x 46)
bandwidth * delay product:
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 10278.4 kbps (1284.8 KBytes/s) @ 200ms
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 4111.36 kbps (513.92 KBytes/s) @ 500ms
MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = ON
Time to live left = 56 hops
TTL value is ok.
Timestamps (RFC1323) = OFF
Selective Acknowledgements (RFC2018) = ON
IP type of service field (RFC1349)= 00000000
1 connections tested since 03.10.2001.
Analyzer version: 1.01 - updated 05.16.2002.

BcastQueryTimeout - 100
BSDUrgent - 1
CacheTimeout - 600000
DefaultRecvWindow - 27588 or 37752 or 47916
DefaultTTL - 64
EnableDNS - 0
GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize - 27588 or 37752 or 47916
KeepAliveInterval - 500
KeepAliveTime - 14400000
Lanabase - 0
LocalCopyMade - 1
MaxConnections - 99
NameTableSize - 255
NameSrvQueryTimeout - 100
PMTUBlackHoleDetect - 0
PMTUDiscovery - 1
SackOpts - 1
SessionKeepAlive - 7200
SessionTableSize - 255
Size/Small/Medium/Large - 3
Tcp1323Opts - 0
TcpTimedWaitDelay - 30
MaxDupAcks - 2
DefaultTOS - 92
IGMPLevel - 2
MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server - 40
MaxConnectionsPerServer - 20
