If you wish to burn just a bin file, load Nero, the Write CD, select the file, and its done

Don't think it works that way. You need a cue file. I put my bin and cue file in the same folder, then select the cue file in Nero.

The best program to use for burning Bin files is Cdrwin. They created the format. You can find it HERE (http://www.goldenhawk.com/) . To burn cue/bin files with nero, just go to File -> Burn Image. Load cue file.
If you do not have a cue file it is easy to create. If you have 1 track simply open notepad and type"
FILE "IMAGENAME.BIN" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00
Save as Cue.

Yes you can, In Nero click write CD, in the menu called files of type, change to all, once done select the BIN file, and make sure your put the image as Datamode1 and click the RAW option.
And bobs your uncle you can burn it, now once again i was write.....
