Tweaking help!

ok well my download for my dsl is good, but my upload is terrible and i was wondering if anybody knew how i could improve this.

u cant really tweak ur upload, not like ur DL, whats the rated speed ur supose to get and what do u really get, cuz u wont get more than what ur rated at.
