In the last few days I've been having abnormally high pings when playing counter-strike. normally I get double digit pings but now I get 160 ping. Any suggestions?

At top where it says edit click and select, Select all,
Then go back to same edit button at top, click and select copy.
Come back to Speed Guide, same thread you were on, in post reply box, with cursor blinking at begining of box go to top, edit, click, select paste, click, this will put information in box. Please X out your IP address, Thank you.

Oops I'm on ME, but I guess it would still be the same fix.
Anyone? I'm pinging 200 just about everywhere when I used to ping 70-80. What screwed it up?
Call ISP and see if they are having any problems, yes I know it's fun:)
Yes that's what I did and they said it was something wrong with my modem because the signal from me to their network was screwed somehow. It's gonna get fixed on Sun.
