My PacBell DSL is a dynamic ip. is there a way to host online games through a dynamic ip?

Yes, I'm not a big gamer but I believe all you have to do is give everyone that will be playing your IP address, you might get a better answer in the Gaming Forum (http://forums.speedguide.net/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=47).:)

There are a lot of webbies service wich purpose free DNS redirection and forwarding like this site : http://dns2go.deerfield.com/
Try a search in Google also :)

I use the free service here (http://www.no-ip.com) and I use there free client, it updates your ip adress when it changes so people always get forwarded to your CURRENT ip address, it works well for me and it is free:)

I just used it to host a hub on Direct Connect, I never had trouble so it must have been fast enough......I could hold as many as 380 users or so, and most the time had 225
