As Dr. Btracy walks back to the lab he scratches his head. Hummmm....
Thoughts race through his head as to how to bring Frankenputer to life. This menace from the other side is foiling his plans to take over the world. He quietly goes to work on his monster, stitching parts here and there in a methodical maddening way.
Years of work have gone into Frankenputer but alas there has been no breath of life from the beheamouth yet.
As he quietly cuts blowholes in the monsters head an evil grin comes across his face.
With a wicked smile he grabs the 2' 4" cables that he strung to his lab from the power grid in the cover of darkness.
With the cables firmly clamped to Frankenputers PCB brain he throws the switch.

As the lights in the city flicker and and a tremor shakes the ground an faint neon glow is seen in Frankenputers skull shaped window kit.
