Last I heard folding and genome were merging into the same program and you could pick whichever one you wanted to run. Has this happened yet?
If you enter a GeNome team number, the F@H client will make a feable attempt at retrieving a GeNome work unit. If for some reason it can't, it will switch to Folding instead.
Sadly it makes dummy Folding teams with the GeNome team numbers, so you can see where your work goes, but it does not really get credited to anybody, as these teams are nameless and only have a number (the Genome team number).
I found that most of the work it did was for Folding anyway, so I switched to Folding. If you are serious about doing GeNoming, I would NOT switch to the F@H client.
Thanks for the info Encnuk, Im still Genoming away, I wonder how many still are??? New thread maybe??

Looks to be 23 or so still on G@H based on results for the day. Why don't you come on over?
We are starting to heat up the F@H team and could use some help. I moved everything over when we hit the 500k mark which was a GREAT accomplishment, considering SG was supporting 2 teams!
Let's see what we can do as 1 team. :D

Have the majority moved over to the new client? Is the new client official yet? Or still just beta's? I'm still folding, but plan on switching.
I am on the new F@H version 3 now. I switched the main box over Wednesday. No problems installing or setting up...
Running like a champ! :) I have got to pick up another router to get the other box going now!
It isn't Beta anymore that I can see...
