The first thing to do if your speeds are that far off is call your ISP, they could be having problems in your area and you are racking your brain thinking it's on your end.:)

i have the lastest frimware i know it's on there end I did take a line qualty test i lost 2% on the last hop. I called the isp they have this server that is messed up it makes my ex gf look sane that crazy drunk wench. This promblem has been going for a month now i'm loosing patnece need to join support group for messed up isp's. My name is ray I have adelphia and my ex is slut, woops wrong place.
