Would it be possible to Autorefresh the main forum screen instead of having to press the refresh button all the time. The URL would look something like http://forums.speedguide.net/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=44?refresh=300 or something along those lines to refresh the General Forum thread list every 300 seconds.
