Quick Help XP + FTPs

My friend is using Serv U FTP but i cant conect and neither can anyone else. I think its the firewall, but what could be causing this and how can we set it up so it connects ?

A quick fix is to disable the built in firewall found under network connections.

Or you can go into your network connection properties and check ftp. I do believe the default port for ftps is port 21 so make sure at least you and your friend are using the same port when trying to connect.

An added note. Make sure your ftp client is 100% setup correctly. ;)
