Delphi Tutorials

Anyone know any good basic delphi tutorials. Im just starting off and i would like to pick it up ( i really dont know a single thing about it ... heh)

I don't really know anything about Delphi, my specialties are in C++, VB, HTML, + Java. But the chick you got on your name is extremley hot. Do you have a full body pic or is that all you have of her?
