help plz

recently i dont know why but im having problems shutting down my computer
when i click shut down in goes all the way and just restarts as if i clicked restart button,
when i push the power on my case the same happens
im not sure if this is software or hardware prob so it is in both forums
can any1 help
i have win xp
pentium 3 550 mhz
128 mb RAM
20 gig western digital 5200

Well , you've only got 128 mb ram. Win xp needs a minimum of 256

Also did u do an update ?

If your using ezcd creator 5.0 then you need to update it. This is a know issue with it and XP.
